A bonus sketch for Halloween today. A few people have mentioned Odosketch to me. I hadn't felt I had the time to experiment with something that I suspected would be dangerously addictive and time consuming. But I did, and I was right. It is fun. I really can't explain this one. Somewhere in my youth, I got it in my head that if you unwrapped a mummy, there'd be nothing inside. I don't know exactly where I got that idea, but before I could remind myself that that wouldn't be the case, I had doodled this guy.

I'm kinda stuck on this idea of wierd creatures that live just below the surface of the water. Unlike the others, this one lives in rivers. Be careful if you ever go out hunting frogs.

Had I more time to spend on these, I would have really done some nice Photoshop effects on this, glowing eyes, a beating heart etc... As it is I think simply inverting the color was a nice touch.
