Back when we painted custom watch faces at Disneyland, a guest asked me for a design of Max and Goofy on Max’s first birthday- here’s what I came up with.

Galaxy’s Edge Speeder

I went back to Star Wars galaxy’s Edge and drew one of the kid sized speeders that sit outside the Toydarian Toymaker’s stall.

Chip ‘n’ Dale love Disney Parks popcorn. This was a gouache painting for the Disneyland Art Watch program. 

Monstro the Whale

I took my sketchbook to Disneyland this week and spent some time sketching the sights. Here’s Monstro the Whale, who has sat open mouthed at Storybook Land since 1955. One of my earliest Disneyland memories was my grandma pointing out to me that his eye would periodically open and close- one of those fun little details that I looked for every visit after that.
